Membership Guidelines
The Baltimore Business &
Social Club has a few simple guidelines to ensure the stability of our
organization. As the club evolves, our guidelines may change and new
guidelines will be added.
- You
must be 21 or older to be a member and to attend BBSC events.
- All
members are expected to act mature and respectable at all times.
Loud arguing, fighting, and any other kind of verbal or physical
abuse will not be tolerated. Members who engage in such activities
are subject to membership termination and the laws and regulations
of the cities and state of Maryland.
- Special
events other than the monthly gatherings will occasionally appear on
our web site along with payment procedures, locations, special dress
codes, etc. All other membership guidelines still apply to special
events.
- We
want our members to look good! Unless otherwise indicated by the
BBSC, our dress code will be enforced. Baseball caps, dirty clothes,
tennis shoes, and jogging suits are not allowed at our events. Nice
jeans are usually ok. If
any event calls for attire other than the normal dress code, you
will be notified via email prior to the event.
- Valid
government-issued picture identification must be presented to enter
all BBSC events
- BBSC
is not responsible for your well-being or personal property at or
during any of our events. You will be held responsible for any kind
of damage to public or private property caused by you at or during
any of our events.
- You
will be held 100% responsible for your alcohol consumption. We
strongly recommend that you do not drink and drive. Assign a
designated driver!
- Event
cover charges (or tickets purchased in advance if applicable) are
not refundable.
- BBSC
has the right to refuse service or entry (to any event) to any
member (or non-member) due to failure to adhere to any of these
guidelines or for any other reasonable purpose as defined by the
BBSC.
- Failure
to adhere to any of these guidelines is grounds for immediate
termination of your club membership.
